Brandi Allen is the office manager and lead customer service specialist at the Derek Campbell Agency. She is also the personal assistant to our CEO, Derek Campbell Sr. 

She graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2009 and completed her Master's in Business Administration in 2011. She has over 15+ years of experience in customer service and values the customer experience. Brandi always looks for solutions for everyone she works with. 

When Brandi is not managing the front lines at the agency, she is a loving wife and mother of two beautiful children.
